Professional development

Training that sharpens the next booking

Joining Cosmic is not only about getting booked. We run practical sessions with Pioneer DJ and Bose Professional gear so roster DJs keep improving their mixing, signal confidence, room awareness, and event judgment.

Matthew Bee leads hands-on training that helps DJs move more confidently through ceremony cues, dinner pacing, pressure moments, and real venue conditions.

What the roster actually gives you

We invest in the infrastructure around the performance so you can arrive prepared, sound better, and handle better rooms.

Premium gear

Pioneer CDJ-3000 players, DJM-A9 mixers, and Bose systems are already in place. You step in and play without hauling your own rig.

Trusted venues

Access hotel residencies, beach clubs, wedding venues, and corporate clients through a network we have built over years on the coast.

Technical support

Our technicians handle setup, soundcheck, and teardown so you can stay focused on timing, flow, and the room.

Bookings that fit

We handle leads, contracts, invoicing, and presentation so the right profile reaches the right client, not just the next open slot.

Island logistics

Ferries, transfers, and coastal equipment runs to Hvar, Brač, Vis, and beyond are covered as part of the job, not left on you.

Typical earnings by format

Clear ranges, real expectations, and no guessing before the booking is confirmed.

Joining the roster, answered

What equipment will I play on?

All our events use Pioneer CDJ-3000 media players, DJM-A9 mixers, and Bose professional speaker arrays. You play — we supply and set up everything. No need to bring your own gear unless you prefer a specific controller.

How does payment work?

You receive a guaranteed fee per event, paid within 7 days of the gig. Rates vary by event type, duration, and location. Wedding and corporate events pay higher than regular bar residencies. We handle all client invoicing — you just perform.

Can I keep my own bookings?

Yes. Joining our roster does not make us exclusive. You are free to take your own gigs independently. We simply provide additional bookings, premium equipment, and logistical support that you would not have access to on your own.

What is the typical event schedule?

Peak season (June through September) is the busiest, with wedding gigs on weekends and hotel residencies during the week. Off-season sees corporate events, private parties, and occasional venue openings. Most roster DJs average 3-5 events per month in season.

Think you belong on the roster?

Send us your mix, background, and the kinds of events you handle best. We review every application carefully and reply within 5 business days.
