We drive equipment from our Split headquarters to Dubrovnik (approximately 3 hours via the A1 motorway and coastal road). For most events, we deliver the day before and collect the day after. Same-day delivery is possible with advance booking — our team departs Split early morning and arrives by mid-morning. Delivery cost is EUR 300–500 depending on equipment volume.
Can you deliver to Old Town Dubrovnik venues?
Yes, but Old Town has vehicle access restrictions. We coordinate with venue management for loading dock times (typically early morning before 09:00). Equipment is hand-carried or carted from the nearest access point. We know the access routes for all major Old Town venues and factor this into our setup timeline.
What about power in historic Dubrovnik venues?
Many heritage venues in and around Dubrovnik have limited electrical infrastructure. We assess power availability during our pre-event consultation and bring appropriate solutions — from extension runs to silent generators positioned outside guest areas. For Sponza Palace and similar heritage sites, we have battery-powered ceremony systems.
