What to send with your enquiry
Don’t have everything? A BOQ or plan set is enough — we will return a practical scope proposal.
Contractor FAQs
Can the electrician install all cabling and hardware?
Yes, when the project scope and competence align. Cosmic provides requirements, checks critical points, and completes specialist configuration and commissioning.
Can Cosmic provide equipment only?
Yes, but equipment-only supply still includes clearly defined assumptions. Design responsibility and compatibility must not remain ambiguous.
Can you review a consultant’s BOQ?
Yes. We offer an alternative / validation review covering compatibility, availability, supportability, and budget.
Who handles warranty?
One route is defined: the contractor reports the issue to Cosmic, Cosmic diagnoses whether it is installation, configuration, use, or product failure, then coordinates the next action.
Will Cosmic contact the contractor’s client directly?
Only under the agreed communication model — defined in writing before the collaboration starts.
AV items in a live project?
Send the BOQ or drawings and your procurement deadline — we will return a practical scope proposal with a trade quotation.
