Corporate panel discussion with microphones and presentation screens at an event in Split

For DMCs & event agencies

Keep the client relationship. Add a local AV team that knows the coast.

You lead the brief and the client. We scope and deliver the local technical layer for small and medium corporate events in Split, along the Dalmatian coast, and on the islands.

Agency-led by design

A clear local production role behind your programme

The working model is agreed before planning starts, so the client relationship, approvals, and on-site responsibilities stay clear.

  1. Your agency leads

You keep the client relationship, programme ownership, and final approvals.

  2. We translate the brief

We turn the agenda, rooms, venue constraints, and guest flow into a defined local AV scope.

  3. One coordinated delivery

We align access, setup, rehearsal, cues, operation, and strike with your producer and the venue.

The technical layer, scoped around the brief

A typical agency brief combines a daytime business programme with an evening guest experience. We quote the parts the event actually needs.

Agreed scope

Core production scope

  • Sound systems for speeches, panels, music, and playback
  • Wired or wireless microphones selected for the format
  • Room and atmosphere lighting for the agreed spaces
  • DJ booking and the required technical setup
  • Local technical coordination, setup, operation, and strike as scoped

When required

Available when the brief requires it

Screens, projection, streaming, recording, staging, interpretation, and other specialist services are assessed and quoted for the venue and programme. Availability is confirmed per project.

  • Presentation screens and projection
  • Streaming or recording support
  • Staging and specialist technical services

The proposal distinguishes technical production from wider event organisation. Registration, transport, catering, décor, entertainment beyond the agreed brief, and other production roles are included only when explicitly agreed.

Built for the corporate formats agencies run on the coast

The same local team can support the working sessions and the social programme, with each space scoped separately.

Split, coast & islands

The venue plan is part of the AV plan

Historic centres, hotels, terraces, boats, and island venues each change how equipment and crew reach the room. We confirm the practical constraints before locking the technical scope.

  • Venue access, loading route, parking, and setup window
  • Power, room layout, sound limits, and venue rules
  • Rehearsal and run-of-show cues with the agency producer
  • Weather exposure and an agreed fallback for outdoor elements
  • Ferry, vehicle, accommodation, and strike timing for island work

Brief checklist

What makes the first scope useful

Send what is known. Gaps can stay open, but marking them early makes the production conversation faster and more precise.

Budget is discussed against an itemised scope. The quote identifies the technical services, logistics, crew, and conditional items included for that brief.

  • Venue and event date
  • Expected guest count
  • Agenda and run of show
  • Rooms and programme transitions
  • AV and presentation requirements
  • Crew or operator expectations
  • Access, rehearsal, and strike windows
  • Working budget or budget band

Agency partner FAQs

Does our agency remain the client lead?

Yes. The client-contact model, approval path, and on-site responsibilities are agreed at the start. Cosmic can work behind the agency or join technical calls when requested.

Can you cover both a seminar and the evening programme?

Yes, when both are included in the brief. We scope each room and programme segment, then coordinate changeovers, rehearsal, crew, and equipment around the schedule.

Do you provide screens or streaming?

They can be included when required, but are confirmed and quoted per project. The venue, signal flow, content format, internet connection, recording needs, and specialist crew all affect the solution.

How are island events planned?

The quote and schedule account for ferry or vessel timing, vehicle access, crew movements, setup windows, weather exposure, and the agreed fallback. Those logistics are confirmed before the scope is locked.

Can you organise the whole event?

The proposal states the boundary. Our core role is technical production. Wider organisation can only be included where the agency and Cosmic explicitly agree the responsibility and scope.

How is the budget handled?

Share a working budget or band if one exists. We respond with an itemised scope for the technical services, crew, logistics, and any conditional specialist items, rather than assuming a package price.
