Can you work completely white label?
Yes, subject to an agreed communication and branding protocol. Cosmic can communicate only with the agency and captain, or appear as the agency’s technical team.
Can guests choose their own DJ?
They can provide a music brief or select from a curated shortlist. Artist suitability, availability, and technical requirements are confirmed before booking.
Can you deliver to a different ending marina?
Usually yes. The quote must include the final port and collection window.
Do you provide permanent yacht AV upgrades too?
Yes. Temporary event support can lead to a separate survey for permanent multi-zone audio, control, or seasonal system improvements — see our yacht AV integration service.
What happens in bad weather?
The proposal states weather, relocation, cancellation, and equipment-protection rules before booking. No vague promises.
