Charter a yacht in Croatia? We deliver the party.

Both options exist. Our Coastal Ceremony System (Bose S1 Pro Plus + portable mixer) runs 6+ hours on internal battery — no shore power needed. For larger setups (F1, line array), we plan around your yacht's 16A shore power and recommend a generator if the charter is mid-Adriatic without marina access. We always calculate the total power budget before quoting.

We meet your captain (or charter agent / yacht manager) at the marina berth. Equipment arrives in tender-friendly flight cases — Pelican or equivalent, salt-rated covers, secured for sea transport. Setup typically takes 45–90 minutes depending on package. We can stay through the charter or hand off to your crew.

Standard. We deliver to your start-of-charter marina (most commonly ACI Split or ACI Dubrovnik) and pick up at end-of-charter marina, even if different. For mid-charter resupply or technician switches, we coordinate with ferry schedules — built into the quote.

Yes. Our delivery and tech crew are fluent English speakers — that is the default, not a special request. We also work in Italian and German when relevant. Most of our yacht clients are international (UK, US, Germany, Italy), and our communication style is built around that.

Croatia enforces noise limits in residential bays and near protected coastlines (national parks, Pakleni Islands, etc.). Our default setups respect those limits with directional speakers and DSP control. For louder configurations, we recommend mid-Adriatic anchorages or scheduled cruising. We brief your captain on local restrictions during the marina handoff.

Either. Most charter clients book equipment plus a DJ from our roster — we have 20+ DJs across electronic, open-format, wedding, and corporate styles. As featured in Yachts Croatia magazine, we are one of the few agencies that does both ends (DJ booking + AV rental) for yacht events. Dry-hire (equipment only) is also available.

For private charters with paying guests (corporate retreats, branded events, commercial parties), ZAMP licensing applies the same as land-based events. For private friend-and-family charters, it generally does not. We can advise on which category your event falls into and handle ZAMP filing if needed.

For peak season (June–September), 14+ days advance booking is ideal — popular charter weeks book out our equipment fleet. For high-spec setups (line array, full lighting), 30+ days. We can sometimes accommodate 48-hour requests in shoulder season.
