Do you offer white-label services?
Yes. We can operate under your brand at the event — no Cosmic Production branding on equipment, no self-promotion to your clients. Your relationship, your brand. We're simply your AV team behind the scenes.
What's the booking process for planners?
Send us a brief (date, venue, scope). We respond within 24 hours with availability and a detailed quote. Once confirmed, we handle all logistics. You get a single point of contact — our crew lead — for the entire event.
Do you handle island logistics?
Yes. We manage ferry bookings, harbor permits, generator rentals, and day-before equipment delivery for all Croatian islands including Hvar, Vis, Brač, Korčula, and the Pakleni Islands. This is our specialty — we do it every week in season.
What's your cancellation policy?
Flexible terms designed for the wedding industry. Full refund up to 60 days before the event, 50% refund 30-60 days out. Within 30 days, we offer date changes subject to availability. We understand that wedding plans shift — we work with you, not against you.
Do you offer commissions or referral fees for planners?
Yes, we have a partner program for wedding planners and DMCs who regularly refer clients.
