What about ferry logistics for equipment?
We take the vehicle ferry from Split to Stari Grad (2 hours) or the catamaran to Hvar Town (1 hour for crew, equipment via car ferry). For weddings, our standard protocol is day-before arrival: equipment and crew travel the afternoon before, set up on the morning of your wedding, and stay through strike. This eliminates any risk from ferry cancellations due to weather.
Can you do a wedding at Palmizana / Pakleni Islands?
Yes, and Palmizana weddings are one of our specialties. Equipment travels by ferry to Hvar, then by boat to Palmizana. We use waterproof flight cases and battery-powered systems for the ceremony, with a generator for the evening reception. We recommend a full-day setup window for Palmizana events.
What happens if the weather turns bad on the day?
